Postposition and Verb Endings.
1. Postposition: function word (acts like preposition but it comes just after noun without space).
Postposition to make a word a subject in a sentence : 이/가, 은/는
나는 사람이다. = I am a human.
나[noun]는[postposition] 사람[noun]이다[verb]
Postposition to make a word an object in a sentence: 을/를
나는 밥을 먹는다. = I eat a meal.
나[noun]는[pp] 밥[noun]을[pp] 먹는다[verb]
Postposition which plays a role, in, at : 에(with noun), 에게(with person)
나는 집에 간다. = I go home.
나[noun]는[pp] 집[noun]에[pp] 간다[verb]

2. Verb ending : Korean has special variations of verb ending(past, present…)
먹다= to eat [basic form]
먹는다[simple fact]
먹어요[present respect]
먹었어요[past]
먹겠어요[future]
먹을까요?[asking permission]
먹나요?[question]
